This thing is an amazing stress reliever. We have one in our office, and it has gotten is through some stressed times. I can't imagine office without it. You can punch and squeeze it real hard. It'll stand to it. Very durable! We even pull it apart. It's not the normal foam material. It's a squishy gel. Very satisfying to squeeze. But it gets dirty if you or put it down. It collects dust. And washing it makes it go sticky. But if you leave it to dry for a day, it's back to normal.

Great product, best material for cool pack. Using for about 4 months now. Other cool packs have hard poking type of plastic, but this one is soft. I use for neck pain or any sprain. Provides quick relief. I keep it always in my freezer, so can be used for about 30-45 minutes, which is more than enough for one cooling session. I did not use this as heat pack, as I have bought Flamingo heat belt for that purpose. I feel its better to keep cool & hot packs separate.
