If needed, normally it would take around 7-9 minutes to put my stocking on, but now it just takes 2 minutes or even less than that, it's so simple, you'll also get an instruction manual inside, just put your stocking on this applicator, push it down, then carefully silde your foot in, pull the applicator up till your thighs, and voila!! There you are. It's literally a time saver. An awesome product. At an awesome price.
